These terms apply to all wedding photography services provided by einherz weddings, owner Henric Marks, Münsterstraße 12, 46397 Bocholt, Germany.

Deviating terms of the client are only accepted if expressly agreed in writing by einherz weddings.

An inquiry via the website is non-binding. A contract is formed only after einherz weddings confirms the booking in writing.

If requested, a reservation fee may be agreed. Amount and refund terms are stated in the written confirmation.

The scope of services is defined in the written confirmation, the selected package and the services listed there.

Travel costs, accommodation or add-on services are agreed separately unless explicitly included in the offer.

The couple ensures a smooth flow on the wedding day and that all agreed timings can be met.

In case of weather-related or organisational changes, we coordinate in good time to find suitable alternatives.

Usage rights for delivered images are defined in the written confirmation.

Personal data is processed solely to handle inquiries and perform the contract.

Rescheduling is possible by agreement. In case of short-notice cancellation, expenses incurred or agreed deposits may be retained.
